For those of you who like the speed, as I am sure you will modify your engine in order to gain power as you wish and of course you still want to keep your consumption of motor fuel efficient or even more efficient than before modified. I have a powerful this concoction. The recipe is to flatten the entire ignition system on your engine parts.Replace Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI), this device is a parent / production mastermind of pure fire before passing into the combustion chamber. CDI standard factory usually has a limit and the ability to produce a spark of fire is smaller than the CDI racing. CDI racing today most have adopted a digital system. Needs to be remembered before replacing the CDI type ignition make sure your motor system of AC or DC.
If your motor is only used for daily purposes you do not need to replace that particular race is quite expensive considering the price. To improve the ignition system on the motor, but you can also switch the CDI Spark plugs and spark plug cables. Spark plugs need to be replaced that needle-shaped type of racing and the best material is Iridium. I use NGK racing spark plugs made from platinum needle. If the CDI and spark plugs have produced a large, useless if the intermediary or the cable is still the standard spark plugs. So I replaced it with a split fire spark plug wires made from fiber optics. If you think still less, you can also replace the coils are better, but it did not I do remember a little budget. I am quite satisfied because of an increase in power is significant though not yet passed testing and CDI dynometer I used unlimiter. Keep in mind the modification that I have had to lay out my motor output JupiterZ 2006. Here are the specs CDI BRT Hyperband:
Working Voltage: 12 s / d 18 Volt
Current consumption: 0.1 s / d 0.8 A
Round Engine: 400 s / d 20 000 RPM
Ignition Timing (Idle): 12 s / d 15 BTDC
Timing Advance: 27 s / d 42 (See label on the CDI)
Used: Standard, Racing, Competition
CDI Type: DC
Ignition Control: Digital – Microcontroller (Powered by Philips Semiconductor)
Standardization: JASO / JIS / UL (Japan Standard)
Protection: Automatic Low Voltage Protection
UPDATE (23/08/2008)
I want to give a little extra. If you’ve replaced your standard CDI CDI BRT, I recommend to NOT replace your standard coil with a coil racing. The reason, the BRT had claimed that all the products they make are tested with the standard from the factory coil motor it self. Differences with CDI XP 2002 that conducts research and standard racing coil.As an illustration, if you change the standard to the CDI CDI BRT will be no increase in power of 0.8 HP, if you replace the coil racing then there will be an increase in power of about 0.3 HP. But if you replace both the power does not necessarily increase to 0.8 + 0.3 = 1.1 HP could be less than that. Other impacts BRT CDI you will be easily damaged or die. Then because of the many questions about the existence of spilt fire the spark plug wires, here I emphasize that the spark plug wires should not use that brand, the important thing is that the material is made of fiber optic.
